May Topic: Jehovah's Witness

It's been another light blogging week, and it may continue like that for a while.

I hope to start a Bible study next week with a Jehovah's Witness. So I thought I'd focus on Jehovah's Witnesses in the month of May. Hopefully, I'll post more than once a week.

Don't be surprised if you receive many negative comments regarding your study with Jehovah's Witnesses. Don't listen to the negativity! Study diligenty, make sure that all you're learning is in harmony with the Holy Scriptures, pray for God's help, and make up your own mind. I wish you the very best with your efforts to learn what the Bible really teaches.

Never a truer word said. This world seems to have a thing with Jehovah's Witnesses. People seem to be ok with studying any other religion but when a person says they are studying with them the persecution starts. I did this and continued my studies despite the pressure from others. So I recommend that you keep going and finish the free Bible course offered to you. Do you have someone in mind to study with or would you like me to request someone on your behalf?

Wayne...I will solicit the prayers of my house church on your behalf. Keep us posted.

We are in 2 Peter right now studying false teaching. Each of us in the group just took on different religions to study this week so we can educate one another on specific beliefs that we will encounter with these false religions. Mine was universalism/unitarian. Hope it goes well and that God uses you to lead this person to a real relationship with Jesus.

Peter, Thanks for the prayers. I need them.

To various anonymous posters: Thanks for encouragement but please identify yourselves in the future.
